VidHatch Pro is a single payment, by card or crypto. If it does not work for you, you can have your money back. The free version stays free either way.
How long you have
Ask within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number. A line about what went wrong helps us fix VidHatch, but your refund does not depend on it.
How the money comes back
Card payments go through Whop, so we refund them through Whop, back to the card or wallet you paid with.
Crypto payments go through NOWPayments to our own wallet, so we refund them ourselves: we send the coin you paid with to a wallet address you give us.
