These terms govern your use of VidHatch, the browser extension, and this website. By installing or using VidHatch you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use VidHatch.
Your license
VidHatch grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. The free tier is free to use indefinitely. Paid tiers (Pro and Lifetime) unlock additional features tied to your license; a Lifetime license does not expire.
Acceptable use
You agree to use VidHatch only to download content you have the right to download, and to comply with the terms of the sites you visit and with applicable law. You are solely responsible for the content you access and save. Do not use VidHatch to infringe copyright or other rights.
- Do not resell, redistribute, or clone the software or its license keys.
- Do not attempt to defeat licensing, or use VidHatch to attack or overload any site.
- Do not use VidHatch where downloading is prohibited by law or by a binding agreement you have made.
Payment, renewals, and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout. Pro is billed on a recurring basis until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and keep access through the paid period. Lifetime is a single payment. If VidHatch does not work for you, contact us for a refund — we honor real refunds and do not use dark patterns to prevent them.
No warranty
VidHatch is provided “as is.” Websites change constantly, and we cannot guarantee that every site will always work. We maintain the software actively but make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidHatch and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for how you use content you download. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
